Super Easy Arugula Salad

  1. Wash the arugula well and cut off the roots.
  2. Cut the large leaves into 5 cm pieces.
  3. Drain the arugula well and divide between two plates.
  4. Shave the cheese with a peeler and put them on top of the greens.
  5. Serve the lemon wedges on the side.
  6. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper.
  7. Season with salt if desired.
