Super Easy Arugula Salad
- 1 pack Arugula
- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 2 wedges Lemon
- 1 Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Wash the arugula well and cut off the roots.
- Cut the large leaves into 5 cm pieces.
- Drain the arugula well and divide between two plates.
- Shave the cheese with a peeler and put them on top of the greens.
- Serve the lemon wedges on the side.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper.
- Season with salt if desired.
