Beer Meatballs Recipe
- 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
- 1 can spicy V-8 juice - (6 ounce)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp warm sauce
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 c. minced onions Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 bot ketchup - (lg bottle)
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lb grnd beef - (to 3 lbs)
- 2 x Large eggs - (to 3)
- Combine grnd beef, 1/2 c. onions, Italian bread crumbs, Large eggs.
- Make the mix into small meatballs.
- Then fry or possibly bake the meat.
- In saucepan combine remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 15 min.
- Put meatballs and sauce into crockpot.
- The sauce should cover the meat.
- Allow to simmer in crockpot for at least 3 hrs, however, the longer you let them simmer, the better they are!
- Six to 10 hrs on LOW temperature is great.
- Stir them occasionally.
- You may wish to add in more ketchup, or possibly V-8 juice - spice them up if desired them warm.
