Shrimp Or Lobster Mold Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) can tomato soup
- 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. finely minced celery
- Grated onion
- 12 ounce. (or possibly more) shrimp or possibly lobster
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon (or possibly more) horseradish
- Assorted crackers
- Combine tomato soup and cream cheese in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat till well blended, stirring frequently.
- Soften gelatin in cool water.
- Add in to soup mix.
- Cook till gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly.
- Add in mayonnaise, celery, a small amount of onion and next 6 ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt mold.
- Refrigerateovernight or possibly till set.
- Serve with crackers.
- Yield: 80 servings.
