Spangles Pasta
- 1/3 box rotini pasta
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 bottle Prego Chunk Garden Mushrooms and Green Peppers Pasta Sauce
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 container white mushrooms, chopped (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf, optional
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cook rotini according to package instructions.
- Heat pasta sauce in a medium saucepan until simmering.
- Mix in ground beef, vegetables and spices; continue to simmer.
- Drain pasta and rinse with warm water.
- Dish out pasta and coat with pasta sauce.
