Meatballs!
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- Salt, Pepper And Cayenne To Taste
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Dont worry about the lack of spices.
- The meatballs will take on the flavor of your sauce and be OH so tasty!
- Mix well with your hands.
- Make sure all of the ingredients are combined EXTREMELY well.
- You dont want any pockets of breadcrumbs.
- Form mixture into 2 inch-ish balls.
- Throw from one hand to the other like a baseball into a mitt.
- Make sure its tightly formed together.
- Put the meatballs into your pan on medium heat.
- Brown on all sides.
- When finished, place on a paper towel to soak up extra grease and wait until youre ready to put them into your sauce.
- Dont worry if theyre arent fully cooked on the inside.
- Theyll finish cooking in the sauce.
- Let them cook in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
