Meatballs!

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Dont worry about the lack of spices.
  3. The meatballs will take on the flavor of your sauce and be OH so tasty!
  4. Mix well with your hands.
  5. Make sure all of the ingredients are combined EXTREMELY well.
  6. You dont want any pockets of breadcrumbs.
  7. Form mixture into 2 inch-ish balls.
  8. Throw from one hand to the other like a baseball into a mitt.
  9. Make sure its tightly formed together.
  10. Put the meatballs into your pan on medium heat.
  11. Brown on all sides.
  12. When finished, place on a paper towel to soak up extra grease and wait until youre ready to put them into your sauce.
  13. Dont worry if theyre arent fully cooked on the inside.
  14. Theyll finish cooking in the sauce.
  15. Let them cook in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
