Good For Your Heart Skillet Fried Chicken Vegetable Dinner Recipe

  1. Over medium heat, heat extra virgin olive oil and ginger till ginger turns light brown, add in chicken and brown.
  2. Add in celery and cover to steam celery, (about 5 min).
  3. Should still be crunchy.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Combine sesame oil and garlic and heat over medium heat; add in zucchini squash, onions and sprouts.
  6. Steam vegetables, don't over heat.
  7. Should be crunchy.
  8. Add in soy sauce and serve over rice with chicken dish on side.
  9. Serves 5 to 6.
