Good For Your Heart Skillet Fried Chicken Vegetable Dinner Recipe
- 1 pkg. chicken breast strips, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 2 yellow squash, sliced
- Beat sprouts
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 c. fresh ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 3 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 4 to 6 c. cooked rice
- Over medium heat, heat extra virgin olive oil and ginger till ginger turns light brown, add in chicken and brown.
- Add in celery and cover to steam celery, (about 5 min).
- Should still be crunchy.
- Set aside.
- Combine sesame oil and garlic and heat over medium heat; add in zucchini squash, onions and sprouts.
- Steam vegetables, don't over heat.
- Should be crunchy.
- Add in soy sauce and serve over rice with chicken dish on side.
- Serves 5 to 6.
