Chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp green chilli paste (you can add more if you like it spicy)
- 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp yellow powder (asafoetida)
- 1 few curry leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 fresh coriander chopped
- 1 can boiled chickpeas
- Heat oil in a wok or pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Then add boiled chickpeas with green chillies, ginger and garlic paste and yellow powder.
- Then leave it for 10 mins on low heat and then take it out on a serving plate and garnish with chopped onion and coriander.
