Buffalo Chicken Dip with French Onion Wheat Pita Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cups Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cups Cooked Chicken (I Used Rotisserie), Cubed Or Shredded
- Hot Sauce (Louisiana Hot Sauce Is The BEST), To Taste
- 1 whole Wheat Pita Round, Cut Into Wedges And Separated
- Kosher Salt And Onion Powder To Sprinkle
- Olive Oil Baking Spray
- Microwave the cream cheese and butter in a medium sized microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds.
- Add in the blue cheese dressing and the cooked chicken plus hot sauce to taste.
- Mix to combine and set aside.
- Preheat your oven on broil.
- Spread pita wedges on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil baking spray.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt and onion powder.
- Broil until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Use the pita wedges as dippers for your dip.
- Enjoy!
