Oatmeal S'mores Cookies
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 12 cup shortening
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugars.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baing soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips and marshmellows.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes.
- Cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
