Brown Rice And Spinach Recipe

• Steam fresh spinach Brown rice
• 1 tsp Butter
• 1/2 x Onion Celery

1. Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 min.
2. Use excess water for cooking brown rice.
3. Cook rice accordingly.
4. In frying pan, saute/fry onion (minced small) and celery (minced small) in pat of butter.
5. After rice is cooked, add in spinach
