Spaghetti and Meatballs
- 1 jar Vildalia onion and roasted garlic tomato sauce
- 1 bag frozen fully-cooked meatballs
- 2 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
- 1 lb. dried spaghetti
- 6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Romano cheese
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce and meatballs in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
- Stir in oregano.
- Simmer 5 minutes longer, remove from heat.
- Cook pasta in boiling water according to packaged directions drain and place in large pasta bowl.
- Add a large spoonful of sauce to spaghetti and toss evenly coated.
- Top with meatballs and remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Romano.
- Serve immediately.
