Salmon and Green Onion Yogurt Dip

  1. In small skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Stir in onions and garlic.
  3. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
  4. Scrape mixture into a bowl and set aside to cool.
  5. Gently squeeze salmon to remove excess moisture.
  6. Add to cooled onion mixture.
  7. Stir in yogurt, salt, pepper to taste, and cumin.
