Blueberry Crisp
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 12 cups granola cereal
- 13 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Mix granola, coconut, butter.
- Set aside.
- Mix sugar, blueberries, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Put filling in ungreased baking dish.
- Sprinkle topping on the filling.
- Bake 375 for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
