Nasturtium Lemon Butter

• 12 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons nasturtium blossoms, finely chopped

1. Mix all of the ingredients until smooth and well blended.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
