Vicky's Lasagna Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound lean hamburger
- 1/2 med. onion, minced
- Lawry's season salt, to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil leaf
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add in seasoned salt, tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce, basil, oregano and bay leaf.
- Simmer this mix, while noodles cook to tender.
- Beat egg and add in cottage cheese.
- Add in to meat mix just before layering with noodles in an 8 x 12 inch pan.
- Start with noodles, then meat mix.
- Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.
- Add in Mozzarella cheese and bake another 15 min.
