Broccoli and Chicken Soup Pasta
- 1 Pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 Onion (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Broccloli (florets)
- 100 grams Ground chicken
- 1 tbsp White wine
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock (granules)
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Boil the pasta in salt water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.
- Saute the garlic in the olive oil over low heat for a while.
- Stir-fry the meat and onion.
- Add the wine and evaporate the alcohol over high heat.
- Add the broccoli, chicken soup stock granules, and 3 ladleful of pasta cooking water, cover with a lid, then simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Mash the broccoli with a spatula, and mix in the pasta.
- Sprinkle with the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
