Broccoli and Chicken Soup Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta in salt water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.
  2. Saute the garlic in the olive oil over low heat for a while.
  3. Stir-fry the meat and onion.
  4. Add the wine and evaporate the alcohol over high heat.
  5. Add the broccoli, chicken soup stock granules, and 3 ladleful of pasta cooking water, cover with a lid, then simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
  6. Mash the broccoli with a spatula, and mix in the pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. I used "Fusilli pasta from the Campana region.
