Flora's Easy Does It Southern Tangy Tater Salad

  1. Peel taters and dice into bite size pieces.
  2. Put in a pot.
  3. Put eggs on top of the taters and cover them with water.
  4. Lightly boil until taters are fork tender.
  5. drain taters and eggs.
  6. then set aside to cool.
  7. Meanwhile you can chop your onions, pickles and peel and dice your boiled eggs.
  8. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  9. *Note this makes a tangy tater salad.
  10. If you like a blander flavor you can cut the pickles, onion, and mustard back a bit.
  11. ** This needs to go into the fridge promptly.
  12. The longer it sits the better it will taste.
