Baked Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

  1. Combine Step 2 with melted butter and spread evenly on a mold covered with parchment paper.
  2. Chill in the fridge.
  3. Use a board to flatten.
  4. Preheat the oven to 355F/180C.
  5. Beat the egg well.
  6. Make the fillings.
  7. Whisk the cream cheese well.
  8. Then add other ingredients in order and mix well after each addition.
  9. Pour the half amount of Step 5 and 10 g (in total about 115g) into a mold.
  10. Rap the mold against your workspace to even the surface.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes at 355F/180C.
  12. During baking, pour the rest of filling into a chocolate bowl and mix.
  13. Sprinkle cocoa powder and add condensed milk.
  14. Then mix well again.
  15. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  16. Tap and bake another 25 minutes at 340F/170C.
  17. I cover the top with aluminum foil.
  18. It's done.
  19. Let it cool, wrap it up, and chill in the fridge.
  20. Leave for a half day.
  21. Slice and serve.
  22. This is doubled and baked in a 18 cm square mold.
  23. It's browned and baked without aluminum foil.
