Easy Cajun Pepper Steak Saute

  1. In a large skillet, brown the beef cubes in hot oil over medium heat; drain fat.
  2. Stir in broth, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
  4. Discard bay leaf.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
  6. Stir into simmering sauce, and cook for about 2 minutes, or until thickened.
  7. Serve with rice or noodles.
