Ancho-OREO Cookie Balls

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Reserve 3 Tbsp.
  3. cookie crumbs.
  4. Add remaining to sour cream mixture; mix well.
  5. Shape into 20 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
  6. for each.
  7. Roll in reserved crumbs.
  8. Place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
