Ancho-OREO Cookie Balls
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. ancho chile pepper powder
- 20 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups), divided
- Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
- Reserve 3 Tbsp.
- cookie crumbs.
- Add remaining to sour cream mixture; mix well.
- Shape into 20 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
- for each.
- Roll in reserved crumbs.
- Place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
