Spinach Walnut Pesto

  1. Combine ingredients in food processor or blender, and blend until it makes a thick paste.
  2. And thats it!
  3. I like to make big batches of this and freeze for easy meal preparation.
  4. Just pull it out of the freezer an hour or so before you want to use it to let it thaw.
  5. This is delicious over pasta or chicken, and even better with good Italian bread.
  6. Enjoy!
