Mandarin Orange Salad

• 6 ounces orange gelatin
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 pint Orange sherbet
• 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
• 8 12 ounces crushed pineapple

1. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into an 8-cup mold.
3. Refrigerate until firm.
