Black Bean Salsa
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) corn, drained
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. pickled jalapeno nacho slices, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sofrito sauce base (recaito)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Combine all ingredients except cheese.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
