Cuban sandwich
- 1 slice twelve inches of Cuban bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slice roast pork Spainish style thinly sliced
- 4 slice ham luncheon meat
- 4 slice genoa salami luncheon meat
- 4 slice swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp yellow prepared mustard
- 1 cup shredded lettuce, iceburg
- 1/2 large vine ripe tomato
- 8 slice dill pickles
- 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Mix the oil and vinegar
- Mix the mayonnaise and mustard
- Slice bread longways add the sread to the bread add the meat and cheese add lettuce
- Add butter to outside of bread heat a griddle add pressure to the sandwich and press down turn do again till heated through and thinly pressed I had to cut in half to do properly
- add pickles and slice tomatoes add them to the sandwichadd salt and pepper oil and vinegar
- This is normally where you cut on a diagonal
