Bet Ya Thought It Was Chocolate Pudding Recipe

• 1 c. tofu, liquid removed
• 1 average banana
• 1 tbsp. peanut butter
• 1 tbsp. carob pwdr
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 2 tbsp. minced sunflower seeds
• Toasted, grated coconut

1. Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl, then fold in blender on low till smooth.
2. Scoop into a bowl; add in seeds and mix.
3. Top with coconut and set in freezer or possibly refrigerator to chill.
4. This pudding is good in little tart shells.
