Chattanooga Fudge

  1. Put everything except nuts and vanilla in heavy iron skillet and bring slowly to rolling boil,stirring constantly.
  2. When whole surface is boiling,cook 2 minutes.
  3. Remove immediately from heat.
  4. Add vanilla and nuts.
  5. Cool to luke warm.
  6. Beat until thick and creamy.
