Chattanooga Fudge
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares
- 2 cups sugar
- 12 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 13 cup white corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 12 tablespoons butter
- 23 cup chopped pecans
- Put everything except nuts and vanilla in heavy iron skillet and bring slowly to rolling boil,stirring constantly.
- When whole surface is boiling,cook 2 minutes.
- Remove immediately from heat.
- Add vanilla and nuts.
- Cool to luke warm.
- Beat until thick and creamy.
