Quick and Tasty 5-Minute Lightly Pickled Cucumbers
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 generous pinch Sugar
- Chop the cucumbers into 1-cm thick rounds, then put them in a plastic bag with the salt and sugar.
- Seal the opening of the bag, and shake it up!
- Press out the air, then massage the bag from the outside.
- After 2-3 minutes, transfer them to a dish, and serve.
- When you have time, let them chill in the refrigerator while still inside the bag.
