Ham Salad Bowl Recipe

  1. In medium bowl, combine ham, grapes, celery and creamy cucumber dressing; chill.
  2. Just before serving spoon ham mix into Cream Puff Salad Bowl; garnish with pecans.
  3. To serve, cut in wedges.
  4. Makes about 4 servings.
  5. CREAM PUFF SALAD BOWL: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  6. In small saucepan, bring 1/4 c. water, 2 Tbsp.
  7. butter and 1/8 tsp.
  8. salt to a boil.
  9. Stir in 1/4 c. all purpose flour.
  10. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix forms a ball.
  11. Remove from heat; beat in 1 egg till smooth.
  12. Spread mix proportionately onto well greased 8" pie plate.
  13. Bake 15 min or possibly till golden brown.
  14. Prick bottom and sides with fork; bake an additional 5 min.
  15. On wire rack.
  16. cold completely.
