Cream Cheese-Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Cut tomatoes crosswise in half.
  2. Scoop out pulp and discard.
  3. Mix cream cheese and onions until well blended.
  4. Spoon evenly into tomato halves.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
