Bread and butter pickles

• 7 cup sliced cucumbers
• 1 tbsp pickling spices McCormick brand
• 1 tsp whole yellow mustard seed
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 3 whole cloves
• 1 quart distilled white vinegar
• 1/4 tsp dill weed
• 1/4 cup juniper berries
• 1/4 tsp turmeric

1. Boil vinegar
2. Fill jar halfway with chips add spices
3. Add rest of cucumber chips
4. Pour boiling vinegar in jar put lid on and shake let sit 2 weeks
