Curry-Pumpkin Pork Chops

  1. Cover pork chops with enough oil to coat.
  2. Season with curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper.
  3. Bake at 300 for approximately 20 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
  4. After chops are cooked, top with pumpkin pie mix.
  5. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice over the pumpkin puree.
