Allergen-Free Lemon Frosting

  1. Mix powdered sugar and salt.
  2. Beat in shortening with hand mixer.
  3. Beat in corn syrup and lemon essence.
  4. Add milk 1 Tbs at a time and beat to desired consistency (mine usually takes 2 Tbs).
