Chipotle Gouda Grilled Cheese
- 8 slices Artisan Sourdough Bread
- 1 tub (8 Oz. Size) Spreadable Butter, Only As Needed To Coat Bread
- 1/2 pounds Boar's Head Chipotle Gouda, Sliced For Sandwiches
- 1 pound Oscar Mayer Bacon, Fried Crispy
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
- 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce
- Allow a panini grill pan or electric skillet to heat up to medium heat.
- Gather your ingredients so theyre ready to go in an assembly line fashion.
- Spread butter on one side of each piece of sourdough bread.
- Building one sandwich at a time, place one slice of bread, butter side down in the pan and top with some chipotle Gouda cheese, bacon, tomato slices and lettuce.
- Top with the remaining piece of bread, butter side up.
- Grill each side of the sandwich until golden brown on each side.
- Remove sandwich from grill and repeat to make the rest of the sandwiches.
- Serve hot.
