Holiday Roll Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. white or possibly brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon double acting baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Cream sugar and butter.
2. Blend in rest of ingredients.
3. Refrigeratethe dough 3-4 hrs before rolling.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
5. Bake 7-12 min.
6. Very simple and tasty; cookies are great frosted or possibly simply by themselves or possibly sprinkled with sugar before baking.
