The Best Cake
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup oil
- 12 cup water
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (1 ounce) package German chocolate, grated
- 12 cup margarine
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix well: yellow cake mix, sour cream, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, oil and water.
- Fold into mixture: chocolate chips, pecans and grated chocolate bar.
- Save some grated chocolate for topping.
- Bake in a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350F.
- Icing: Use mixer and cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Then add the chopped pecans and vanilla.
- Let cake completely cool before icing.
- Then top with remaining grated chocolate.
