Basil Vegetables

  1. Put olive oil in a large skillet over medium low heat and add seasonings.
  2. Add salt if desired.
  3. Slice onion thin and add to melted butter.
  4. Saute onion for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Slice zucchini and squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  6. Slice zucchini and squash about 1/4 inch thickness and add to onions.
  7. Saute about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Core and chop tomatoes into bite size pieces.
  9. Add to vegetables about 5 minutes before serving but do not saute them.
