Garlicky Cauliflower

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water 4 to 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large rondeau (or in large skillet for trial recipe) on medium-high heat.
  4. Add onions, peppers and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min.
  5. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Drain caulflower.
  7. Add to vegetable mixture; cook and stir until heated through.
  8. Stir in parsley; sprinkle with cheese.
