Cheddar Apple Smoked Turkey Sandwich

• 1/4 cup dijon mustard blend
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 8 slices whole wheat bread
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 1/2 pound smoked turkey breast
• 1 each apples cored, thinly sliced

1. In small bowl combine creamy mustard blend and honey, spread on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Layer cheese on 4 bread slices, top with turkey, apple and remaining bread.
3. Cut sandwiches in half.
