Chinese Peas With Chestnuts Recipe

  1. Fry the meat in warm oil.
  2. Add in peas, chestnuts and monosodium glutamate, broth.
  3. Steam, covered, over high heat 3 min.
  4. Combine cornstarch and cool water.
  5. Push vegetables to one side and add in cornstarch mix to broth.
  6. Cook and stir till slightly thick.
  7. Add in salt and pepper.
  8. (I also use chicken more than pork.)
  9. Good with teriyaki.
  10. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
