Southern Fried Legs

  1. Mix crumbs with flour and seasonings.
  2. Mix eggs and milk.
  3. Dip legs in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture.
  4. Fry in hot (350*) oil for about 15 minutes, until golden and juices run clear.
