Fruited Raspberry Creme Parfaits

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup gelatin mixture; refrigerate remaining gelatin until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir fruit cocktail into thickened gelatin.
  4. Spoon mixture into 6 (8-ounce) parfait glasses.
  5. Tilt glasses and refrigerate until mixture is set.
  6. Refrigerate reserved 1/2 cup gelatin until slightly thickened; fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  7. Spoon over set layer.
  8. Refrigerate until firm.
  9. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
