Flavorful Easy Chicken

• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
• 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 jar (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
• 1/2 cup drained jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
• 1 tsp. garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cream cheese spread.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon evenly over chicken.
3. Bake 30 to 35 min.
4. or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F).
