Weight Watchers Quick Garden Cheese Soup
- 1 cup celery, chop'd
- 1 cup onion, chop'd
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 12 cup flour
- 1 (28 ounce) can chicken broth
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
- 1 cup frozen hash browns
- 1 (8 ounce) Velveeta cheese (light)
- 13 cup non-fat powdered milk
- cook celery, onions in margarine until tender.
- Stir in flour.
- Gradually add broth then add the hash browns.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Add powdered milk or evaporated skim milk and cheese.
- Cook until cheese is melted.
