Weight Watchers Quick Garden Cheese Soup

  1. cook celery, onions in margarine until tender.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Gradually add broth then add the hash browns.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Add powdered milk or evaporated skim milk and cheese.
  6. Cook until cheese is melted.
  7. (Do Not Boil !
  8. ).
