Barbecue Beef-Filled Biscuits

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Brown meat with peppers in medium skillet; drain.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in barbecue sauce.
  4. Separate biscuits.
  5. Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. (See tip for how to use remaining biscuits dough.)
  7. Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups; press gently into cups with back of spoon.
  8. (Filling will be mounded.)
  9. Bake 10 min.
  10. or until biscuits are lightly browned.
  11. Top with cheese; bake 3 to 4 min.
  12. or until melted.
