Serrano Verde
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 White onion sliced
- 3 clove Garlic
- 10 Serrano Chiles (stemless)
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro (stemless)
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Heat vegetable oil in pan and gently brown onions.
- Flash cook chiles and garlic cloves on hot flat pan, grill or Comal for 1 minute.
- Add all ingredients to blender and pulverized.
- Refrigerate, then serve.
