Serrano Verde

  1. Heat vegetable oil in pan and gently brown onions.
  2. Flash cook chiles and garlic cloves on hot flat pan, grill or Comal for 1 minute.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender and pulverized.
  4. Refrigerate, then serve.
