Cappuccino Brownie Cups Recipe

  10. Pour batter into a lightly greased 13x9x2" baking pan.
  11. Bake in a 350F oven 25-30 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  12. Cold on wire rack at least two hrs.
  13. In a small bowl beat whipping cream, powdered sugar and the 1 tsp.
  14. coffee granules till stiff peaks form.
  15. Using a cookie cutter or possibly drinking glass cut brownies into 2" circles.
  16. Using a small measuring tsp., scoop out centers of brownie circles.
  17. Pipe or possibly spoon cream mix into brownie c.. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
