Oyster Fried Rice-Style
- 1 heaped 2 rice bowls' worth Cooked rice (warm)
- 10 Oysters (for cooking)
- 1 Green onions (or Japanese leeks)
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Cooking sake
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil (for frying)
- Thoroughly wash and dry the oysters Combine the ingredients.
- Chop up the green onions.
- Add the sesame oil to a heated frying pan and cook the oysters.
- Once they've swelled up flavor with the ingredients.
- When the flavor soaks in remove, only the oysters.
- Add the rice to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook well.
- Add the oysters and green onions last.
- Mix everything together and it's complete.
- Transfer to a serving plate and you're finished.
