Fried Onion Rings

• 2 onions (1/4" to 1/2")
• 1 cup beer
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon black pepper or 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

1. slice onions 1/4-1/2 inch.
2. mix flour and beer.
3. heat oil in skillet.
4. fry till golden turning once.
