JELL-O Sangria Splash Ring

  1. DISSOLVE jelly powders in boiling wine in medium bowl.
  2. Let cool to room temperature.
  3. STIR in club soda and liqueur.
  4. Chill until jelly is slightly thickened.
  5. FOLD in 3 cups (750 mL) fruit.
  6. Pour into 6 cup (1.5 L) mold or loaf pan.
  7. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
  8. UNmold; dip mold in hot water for about 10 seconds.
  9. Gently pull jelly from around edges with moist fingers.
  10. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold.
  11. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen.
  12. Gently remove mold and centre jelly on plate.
  13. Garnish with additional fruit.
  14. GREASE mold slightly with oil for easier removal.
  15. Substitute other fresh fruit, if desired.
