Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 1 lrg can or possibly 2 fresh Sweet potatoes
• 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Butter
• 20 x Miniature marshmallows
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 c. Minced nuts

1. Mash sweet potatoes.
2. Place in greased pan, one layer (1/2 mix).
3. Then place 1/2 of the nut and marshmallow mix over the sweet potato layer.
4. Alternate sweet potato and marshmallow layers.
5. Bake 20 min at 400 .
6. Makes about 4 servings.
